AMIA 10x10 Prospective students

Registration is open to all, though the ideal student will possess an educational background in the health sciences including work experience. Students will come to AMIA's 10x10 program from a diverse set of professional and education backgrounds. The common denominator for students is that they seek to acquire new competencies and skills that place them in a position to face and contribute intelligently to the changing world of health information and communication technology.

The coursework provided in each 10x10 course will vary in length based on the topics covered. Some courses will require both on-line and in-person meetings by the students. Continuing education information will also vary by program, more information will be included in the detailed course descriptions of each partner offering.

Upon completion, each student will receive an AMIA Certificate of Completion in the 10x10 Program. Additionally, 10x10 students will receive a complimentary one-year AMIA membership. A value of $275.00.

The tuition will vary by AMIA's 10x10 course offering. AMIA aligns tuition with the standard for higher education courses of this caliber. Tuition for the majority of 10x10 offerings is $2000. Courses with more specific concentrated material may have a higher tuition fee.
